Tim and Brenda Benoit, the heart of Dusty Creek Land & Cattle, have dedicated their lives to farming and serving their community. Tim, with a degree in agronomy and over 45 years of experience in farming and ranching, brings deep expertise in the land's health and productivity. Brenda, who recently retired after nearly 30 years of service as a School Psychologist in local schools, continues to contribute her wisdom and perspective to the farm's operations. Together, they’ve created a legacy of hard work, determination, and a deep love for the land.
Their children, Alex and Bryn, are both integral members of the farm's operations. Alex, who works full-time on the farm, brings his Ag Business background and a passion for continuing the family tradition. Bryn, working part-time while raising a family of her own, also contributes to the farm with her expertise and dedication. Both Alex and Bryn are proud graduates of Fort Hays State University, just like their parents.
As we move forward into the seventh generation of farming, we are committed to sustainable and regenerative practices that help protect the land and provide for our community. Our farm isn't just a business; it's a family heritage, and we take great pride in nurturing both our crops and our cattle with care, respect, and responsibility.

The legacy of Dusty Creek Land & Cattle is built on the hard work and dedication of generations past. Today, the farm is a family affair, with Tim and Brenda leading the charge and their children, Alex and Bryn, helping to steer the farm toward a sustainable and prosperous future. We’re excited to continue this journey, passing on the lessons learned from our ancestors while embracing the opportunities and challenges of modern farming.
We take great pride in knowing that the work we do today will leave a lasting impact for generations to come. At Dusty Creek Land & Cattle, we’re not just growing crops and raising cattle; we’re growing a legacy.
